Refund policy

Overview
We stand behind every ACPAPE product. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted. Please read carefully before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

The item must be completely unopened — original packaging must be fully intact, including all plastic wrap and seals
Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way are not eligible for return
Items returned outside the 30-day window will not be accepted

If your return does not meet these conditions it will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

Restocking Fee
All accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee calculated on the total order value including shipping. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. ACPAPE is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a full refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
To be eligible you must:

Contact us at acpapellc@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery
Include your order number and photographic or video proof of the damage

Claims submitted after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted. We reserve the right to request additional information to verify damage claims.

Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, at your preference. Refund method must be selected at the time of your return request.

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

How To Initiate a Return

Email acpapellc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
Wait for approval — do not ship your return until you receive written approval from us
Ship the item in its original condition to the address provided in your approval email
Once received and inspected you will be notified of your refund status

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

Opened or used products
Items returned after 30 days
Items without original packaging intact
Digital products or gift cards
